    Maternal Child Health Services – child and family support for prenatal and parenting families in all areas of health/wellness. This includes case management, education and referral to area resources for housing, food, counseling, nutrition, budgeting, tobacco cessation, family planning, WIC and NHHK/MCPW. Bi-monthly playgroups are also offered in Winchester and Keene. Immunizations are available by appointment for people without a current healthcare provider. Also offered are VNA-post-partum visits for pregnant mothers and VNA-pediatric home health care for children with severe health issues requiring clinical care.

    The Monadnock Action Network with Youth is a coalition of Youth, Providers, Parents, Community Members and Schools, working together to support healthy opportunities, safe and sober lifestyles, and effective prevention efforts for teens.
